You can take Newborn Baby Photos at home with your smartphone
Hey there new Mom to Be! Congratulations on your pregnancy and upcoming Motherhood. It is going to be a colorful ride. Is your mind already racing at night with thoughts of how your body is changing, should you plan a reveal or should you be surprised? What are the latest gadgets that new parents really need? Car seats, pillows, trimester growth, etc, the thoughts and emotions can be overwhelming. Are newborn photos on your list of things to get done, too?
In my experience as a newborn photographer, I’ve had soooo many new moms contact the studio after baby is already born to try and get on our schedule and usually, we’re booked up 2-3 months in advance, and as we try our best to fit in last minute babies, because we love seeing all of the babies, we just can’t get to them all. It’s been heartbreaking telling parents that we just don’t have any time on our schedule, so I’ve created videos for parents to take some photos at home of their new baby.
Not everything we do at the studio can be done at home, as newborn photographers, we may make posing look easy, but there is a lot of education and experience that goes into what we do. It’s an artform all of its own. Those sleepy baby poses we take of your baby are usually taken within the first 2-3 weeks of life, however, is there ever a bad day to take photos of your baby?
I currently have 3 very simple and safe posing videos available on my website for a nominal fee. You can download it this way you’ll have access to it forever without any recurring fees or memberships.
www.milliedeephotography.com offering Tutorial videos to Moms and Dads demonstrating how to safely pose your baby at home using your smartphone.
Yes, this image was taken with a cell phone in front of a window with items that I had around my home. There was no special equipment used in the making of this adorable photo and it’s ready to be shared and printed. I will show you what to use and how to use items from around your home to use as props like this fluffy material under the baby and also what you can pull from your closet to use for swaddling, like we used here. Even moms that do visit the studio with their babies love these videos because they love dressing their babies up and taking lots of photos.
For a few bucks, get them, get inspired and gain some confidence in your lighting and swaddling techniques, smartphone settings and posing. I show you how to safely pose your little one and each video is under 5 minutes long.
They’re great tutorials with a lot of information stuffed into a 3-5 minute video. www.milliedeephotography.com to purchase the DIY tutorial videos.
